5 Roseway Neighborhood Homes Sold in 2021 Under 500K

Roseway is one of Portland’s most beloved neighborhoods. Its tree-lined streets are home to many of the city’s charming vintage homes, most of which were built between 1920 and 1950. This cozy community boasts lots of eateries, and the Rose City Golf Course borders its southern boundary.

Our site collects the sold homes of every Portland neighborhood, and you can take a look anytime.

We encourage every homeowner on this site to save SOLD search criteria for their neighborhood. This way you can see what homes sold nearby. Plus, you’re in complete control. There is no better way to track your home’s value than to keep an eye on similar homes that sold in your neighborhood.

#1 – 3506 NE 78th Ave

This home’s location likely influenced its sale—a corner lot off NE Fremont close to multiple bus lines and shopping areas. The main level boasts beautiful original wooden floors and picture windows, as well as an updated kitchen. There’s also a bonus bedroom and bonus bathroom in the basement (not permitted).

#2 – 7431 NE Failing St.

This AS-IS home, also on a corner lot, sold recently in September. Its courtyard with a covered area and the enclosed back porch were great selling points. The added bonus—an extra small room in the basement—perfect for storage/work room, only added to this home’s desirability.

#3 – 3536 NE 75TH AVE

This cute Portland bungalow, brimming with perks, sold in the spring. To start with, it’s close to everything yet tucked away on a quiet street. It’s also full of updates, all done within the past few years: roof, interior and exterior paint, furnace, hot water heater, PEX water line in the house and to the street, windows, and a complete bathroom remodel. All this and the beautiful front yard garden and fresh landscaping in the backyard made this home move-in ready. It has a Walk Score of 83 and a Home Energy Score of 4.

#4 – 3354 NE 81st Ave

This adorable period-sensitive bungalow sold this past summer and went quickly, considering the slowing we’ve seen in sales this year. Its updated bathroom, new interior and exterior paint, and bonus room were enticing selling points. It also has a private back yard with raised beds and sits within blocks of Glenhaven Park. And it has a Home Energy Score of 6.

#5 – 3831 NE 72nd Ave

Another quick sell this past summer, this charming home has lots of curb appeal and privacy with an automatic gate for secure parking and a large back yard. Inside this home has all its original hardwood floors, period light fixtures, leaded glass dining room built-ins, glass doorknobs, arched doorways, a wood burning fireplace, and tons of built-in drawers and cubbies. The brand new roof and gutters, installed in 2020, made this home one not to miss.
