Buyers Agent Commission Details

 

All buyer’s Realtors nationwide must enter into a formal signed agreement prior to showing any homes (hence our easy short term contract options, and our ongoing worry-free cancel anytime policy). Since commissions remain fully negotiable this does not necessitate a buyer pay anything out of pocket for buyer’s agent representation. When making an offer the negotiation options are:
  • We can negotiate for the seller to cover the cost of a buyer’s agent fee.
  • We can negotiate a seller price reduction or credit to cover the buyer’s agent fee.
  • If needed, we could negotiate financing the buyer agent fee into your mortgage (if your lender allows), spreading the cost over the life of the loan.

Kami Price, Portland buyers agent, is a 4th generation native Oregonian who brings extensive familiarity with the Portland metropolitan area. She’s been licensed in Oregon since 2004 and has worked with top-producing teams her entire career. In 2011, Kami became licensed as a Principal Broker. During her career, she has been involved with hundreds of successful real estate transactions in and around the Portland metro. Kami holds a Bachelors’ degree in Human Development and a Masters’ in Management and Organizational Leadership. In addition to dedicating herself to real estate, she gives back by teaching business courses at Portland Community College and coached/mentored inner-city kids in sports activities for over 10 years.
