Scroll through the photos and you’ll find some details that could use some smoothing over. But overall, the bones of this house are solid. Downstairs, the basement level is well lit, and has ADU potential. Upstairs, enjoy the gorgeous, original hardwood floors.

And you can’t beat the location! In one of Portland’s trendiest Southeast neighborhoods, this home will put you just steps from Laurelhurst Park and all the excitement of Stark and Burnside Streets.

Next we move further out from the city, into a quieter part of Portland but one still close to the amenities of the Gateway Center. Historically, the owners of this home put it to use as a rental property. And with mixed-use zoning, four floors, two stairways, and two fireplaces, the possibilities here run the gamut.
