5 Luxury Homes with the Biggest Price Drop in the Last 7 Days

It’s hard to say why – you never know when sellers will get anxious to move things along. But it’s safe to say this is a property worth considering.

Located on Alameda Ridge, one of Southeast Portland’s most scenic areas, this home has it all. It’s spacious, beautifully designed, and comes with all the bells and whistles, from a huge family room to two separate garages. Inside, you’ll find the charming touches of the 20’s (check out that crown molding) alongside modern amenities like a huge kitchen island with a gas stove. And we imagine you’ll be pretty comfortable there too, since this home has all the modern updates and luxury perks you could want. An enormous professional-class kitchen. This home has been on the market for more than 3 months, and in total has dropped $151,000 from the original list price. This latest drop, though, happened just in the past week. So you could be looking at some pretty motivated sellers.
